1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Times We ship worldwide from our international fulfillment centers to ensure you receive your tech efficiently.

USA & Canada: 7 – 12 business days.

United Kingdom & Europe: 8 – 14 business days.

Rest of the World: 10 – 18 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to high demand or local carrier delays.
3. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can monitor your Onyx Ring’s journey directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Onyx Health Ring is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@onyxhealthring.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your device.
