We stand behind the quality of the technology we have curated. If your Onyx Ring arrives in a condition that prevents it from functioning as intended, we will make it right. You are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement if:

Sizing & Fit Responsibility

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. However, to maintain hygiene standards, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
